Default A few fish from Dale Hollow

Spent the last 3 days fishing Dale Hollow. Weather all over the place. Sun, clouds, rain, wind. Temperatures up and down from a high of 75 to a low of 38 but managed to find a few. Fished with 3 combos 1. 5'8 Lunakia with a Daiwa Luvias 2000s 2. Shimano soare ss 5'4 with a Shimano Complex 2000s and a 5'10 Abu Garcia Salty Stage prototype ajing with an Abu Garcia revo beast 2000s. Water temperatures in the mid 50s. Keitech easy shiner swim bait was the most consistent producer along with a reins rock vibe shaker. Name: 20240323_135905.jpg

I’d be proud of those fish in those conditions. Very nice. I lived a little over an hour south of there for ten years and never fished it. Not one of my smarter moves. Glad you enjoyed the trip.

Nice fish. You’re in Alphahawk’s old stomping grounds!

Nice catch. I typically would stay away from there in March. Of course now that I’ve moved I don’t fish it all. But am hoping to come back in 2025 and fish Dale, Nickajack, Center Hill, and Laurel Hill.

    Regards
