Default Just purchased a 6-3 Lunakia rod!

I've read fantastic reviews of this rod from our members so I pulled the trigger. Hopefully it provides tons of sensitivity and fun on the big Barkley shellcracker I chase! This length of rod seems to be my sweet spot...

Probably going to pair it with a 2004 Luvias reel. Would like to purchase a Presso or another Zenon for this rod but I'm not made of money, unfortunately.

Congrats on the new rod. I'm sure you'll be posting some fine shellcrackers that rod tamed soon.

Congrats - it’s a great rod. I really enjoy mine.

In fact, I’ve gone all in on the Lunakias. I have 4 of them - 58, 63, 610, and 75.

Luvias would look nice on it but a Zenon might look better haha. Congrats on the new rod. I am working on getting the 8’2” Lunakia for a semi light beach setup to sling metal jigs and pompano jigs.

it will. It is a beautiful rod. I have one and it is a thing of beauty to cast. Even the little guys feel big! Congrats on the purchase.

Congrats! I've been thinking about picking one up also but have to get rid of a couple rods that's just collecting dust.
If you cast it they will come.

Congrats on the new rod. I’ve just gotten a new salt setup today myself. I’m sharing your excitement!
