I like the Navionics app. Gives a map of the lake including depth. Shows Docks, ramps and some underwater structure. Road beds, submerged timber, submerged bridges etc
Yeap, My son and I are going to fish Guntersville the middle of November. Got a room at the State Park. He has bass fished it before but this trip is about business. Crappie business. It's a 2 day conference. lol. I am excited.
Is there a map for a computer better than Google Map or Google Earth? I'm not very educated in this area. Looking for a clearer sharper image. I'm just proud to be here.

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
Can’t help you in the map department, but just find a bridge and fish it. That’s the easiest way to catch crappie on Guntersville. I hate fishing like that because of the road noise but it does work

Google search "navionics web app". I prefish a lot on it. Can't see lake structure and blowdowns like you can on Earth but it works. For that I use "fishing points" for Android.

Got it. I was thinking docks, bridges and creek arms.
We will be there Friday & Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.
The others have to work that weekend because of shutdowns.
If you are on the lake and you see a white stratos 176xt with black and yellow stripes, Give us a shout. Would love to meet some of you guys.

Docks should be productive also.
