So of my best trips have been when it has been the coldest and there was no other pressure. It all depends if you can find the fish, otherwise that makes for a miserable trip. Be safe out there if you go
So thinking of going fishing Friday. Guntersville area. What do you guys think? Too cold or go for it?

Thanks. I will. The spot is a bridge and Crappie bite good there. I was just looking at this weather. When we caught 15 the high was 45. The high for Friday is showing 33°.

Take a hammer so you can knock a hole in the water.
Never to cold to fish. If I had my boat I’d be out my self, I wear them out this time of year

Never a bad day fishing in the winter...unless your fingers start falling off! I can handle it if wind doesn't blow and if I can keep my hands somewhat warm!
An ungrateful man is like hog under a tree eating acorns, but never looking up to see where they come from!
Thanks guys. Cold out there right now but the winds are now saying N 4 and the high 21°. Today is a hard freeze warning. Winds right now are high. Next week it is in the 50's!
