Way to go Trey ! Glad you got out and gave em a try!
I have been negligent in the past few weeks - posting sporadically.
Prefishing a tournament on the Alabama river last Friday and managed a few nice fish - biggest of the bunch is pictured.
Of course, these size fish didn't show themselves for me on tournament day but still weighed seven at a whopping 5.77 lbs.
Water was 83 degrees and I found them under docks but the bigger fish were in Swift Creek hanging on ledges in 15 FOW.
Yep them tournament fish know when and where to hide after you find them before the event. Sounds like you at least had a stringer to weigh. WTG Trey!

Glad you got some even if it was the wrong day. That is what usually happens to me when I pre fish for a tournament.

Good report, maybe they will be there for the tournament. I got a friend that fish's bass tournaments and he doesn't like to pre-fish. He said you will be looking for yesterday's fish. Yea wins a lot of tournament's . I can't say I've never fished a tournament. Good luck!
