    Default Wheeler lake

I have an old friend living at Rogersville. Just wondering about the Crappie fishing there. He says Catfishing and Bass are good.

Right. There are no crappie on Wheeler. I've been laughing all the way to the freezer while listening to all this crying about shad kills everywhere else.

Send me a pm if you need help on Wheeler.

I like the western half of Wheeler Lake for bass and crappie, there are several good coves to fish near Joe Wheeler State Park.

I live 10 miles from the 160,000 acre Kentucky Lake, and the 57,000 acre Barkley Lake is within 25 miles of my house. I live 10 miles from 220,000 acres of Water.

I live in an Outdoor Paradise

Wheeler and Wilson both great crappie lakes. Less known than Big G. Spring Creek, Flint Creek, Swan are all good spots to start.
