    Default 1 lure whites

If you could only carry 1 lure for white bass jumps, what would it be? I am leaning toward a kastmaster spoon but still evaluating my choices.

No, Jackie ..... "Silver Buddy" is the actual brand name. They don't make them painted white anymore, though, so you'd have to paint one yourself.

    They look like this :

I've used them in several different colors, and the white ones have always outproduced the others ... even the "silver" ones.

I've also used Cotton Cordell's "Gay Blade", Reef Runner's "Cicada", and Heddon's "Sonar" ... all relatively similar blade baits ... and had good success with them.

The only "negative" things about the Silver Buddy lineup is : they no longer have a "white" one, and their price (vs similar blade baits).

And there ain't a thing wrong with the Kastmaster !! I've used them with decent success, as well, but do seem to produce more fish on the ones with the "tail feathers".
