Default Hybrids over the lights last night!

After what seems like an eternity, the weather finally got right enough to fish over the submerged lights at one of my favorite lakes... They were in there solid, but it wasn't an all out feed fest... We got our ten over a three hour period, using about every trick I know, and a variety of lures and retrieves... They aren't giants, but it sure made this old man happy to work on em! Name: 4-19-182.jpg

I know they can get a lot bigger... Have caught them up to 17 pounds before... It just takes a few years for them to get there, and then unfortunately they die...

Good lookin work there! I love to catch Hybrids too. We went to Clarks Hill last week and caught them pretty good for a few days. On the best day we caught 47. Most were 2-3 lbs.

Been catching a few myself, went Monday night caught 11 off the lights and 6 green fish. Didn't take scales with me but think i had one between 25-30 lbs. I've always said if i catch one over 30 i would get it mounted but i wasn't sure on weight so i threw it back to stretch somebody else's string hopefully. These were the 2 best of the night. Caught several over 10 lbs

They're frequently mixed. We catch fives and fifteens in the same place at the same time!
