Thread: MTCC and the April 12 tournament

Middle Tennessee Crappie Club is going to join us for our April 12 tournament on Ky Lake at Mousetail Landing. We will be reducing the entry fee for this tournament to $40. This fee includes $10 for the big fish pot. We're also hosting a cookout after the tournament. Please post here if you're planning on being there. We'll be camping at Mousetail that weekend if anybody wants to join us!

Well Hello Vonna and WTCC

Toby Ivey here from MTCC. We are very excited about the chance to get to meet WTCC and hear about your fishing on the west side of Tn and all the other places you fish. We are so proud to finally have April 12th as a date to share a day with you guys and get to fish, fellowship and eat afterwards with.

Would like to thank Vonna for reaching out to us early which allows us extra time to save more coins for gas to get there as it's about 3 hours away from our core area. To my knowledge, none of our members have ever seen the water there, much less fish it. One our members did fish the crappieusa tournament but I think that was much further North. Anyway, if we need to check in with the campground ahead of time or do anything for the cookout, please let us know. I'm sure that some of us will be heading that way on Friday morning and stay the weekend and drive home on Sunday morning early. We sure hope to eat lots of crappie and hopefully some that is spring water fresh. We have a club meeting tonight and I will announce again about the April 12th fishing trip with you guys. I will get a more accurate count if I can of who plans to attend. Hopefully we will have a good sized group to meet up with you folks over there. See ya on the 12th.

PS I hope to meet as many of you as possible next Friday at Grizzly Jig as I plan to be there through most the middle section of the day at least.
