Hey Cracker68, if its up about 10 to 12 how low would that put it below normal? Just wondering because myself and buddies want to come down at the end of April but with all the trouble with the water level just not sure. Also do you think level will continue to rise and stay there? Thanks for any help.

Dad was pretty sure that the upper part is the best place to fish. I am not sure and I have done alot research to find out but am not sure yet.

Now especially with the low water table I was wonder where the fishing is going to be done this spring.

So if you dont mind, which part of the lake is best to stay at and fish. Oh yea also what do you think is the best of spring to come down and fish. We will be mostly doing some vertical jigging no spider rigs or anything fancy like that.

Ok Thank you very much for you time

when you get ready to come down here pm me and let me know. i will be happy to take and show all of u some good spots. my wifes uncle has a house on the wash out he is remodeling. if it is ready i can get u a good price to stay there. if you dont know about the wash out. the wash out is down past blue bank resturant. i have put alot of crappie condos out on the lake and some on watersheds close to the lake. i have not put any on the upper blue, but i have several on the lower and the middel. thay are producing pretty good right now, but by then thay should turn on good. i would be glad to help you in any way i can..

There are a lot of stumps still showing but a lot are just under the surface, so its a little tricky out there now. Another 12" of water and it will be pretty easy to get around.
