    Default American lake crawdads

Are there any Crawdads in American Lake and if there are, are there many places I might be able to get them from shore?

I think there are crawdads in most all WA lakes, but I could be wrong. See them being trapped on Lake Washington. Used to be a summer only season and 10# limit, but not sure about it nowadays. Don't think you need a license either.

You can easily find out next time you're at American Lake perch fishing. Drop a trap or two when you get there and pick them up when you're ready to leave.

    Good luck!

I'll just have to give it a try. Getting out deep from the bank is a bear but can throw them out a little ways and target around trees and crap. I've never actually fished American Lake even having been there about 100 times for Veteran stuff and what not. Have to make a couple trips this year so I figured I'd make a day out of it and maybe get dinner, hopefully 10 dinners!
