Pictures and videos can be modified to have a small file size that will load faster on a dial-up connection but it has to be done on the sending end.
If you really want faster internet speed, cable modem or DSL is the only way to go.
Is it possible to see pictures quickly and video on a computer without having a cable line. I like my $9.95 dial up but hate to wait forever for stuff to load. Thanks rex:D

We just got DSL about 4 months ago C-REX. It was the first time available. Boy what a difference. Ours is from Verizon.
