I don't know, but...........It's a wonderful lake. All kinds of fish. Good deep water. 10,000 docks. Rocks. Bridges. So, there has got to be some schooled up crappie around. I would just go. Look over a map or just gauge the shorline and find some docks with deeper water and/or bridge pilons. While you check those out, keep an eye on your fish finder for brush piles or other structure off of the bank.

It is kinda surprizing that nobody talks about Gaston crappie........humm.........mayber it's a well kept secret. I hope you go. Good luck and give us a report.
