    Default NWR- 2/19

Fished NWR on 2/19. 47 - 48 degree water today. Caught about 20 crappie with 10 keepers 10-11" range and 5 small LMB up to 1.5lbs. The Crappie were real sluggish today had to keep keep the speed less then .3 mph to almost a stand still. With the way the wind was starting mid morning that was quite the challenge. They also seemed to have preference to an orange jig head and a 6-8 ft depth even if the water was deeper.
