I'm here and still working. Haven't been fishing lately, but did get a new 9.9 motor for the Suffolk lakes.
Hope to get out soon and get the motor broke in and do some fishing,

Hey Dayton, alls well from Currituck. Had a few nice trips on the Northwest. I did make it to the Bash. I placed second. Not enough folks showed up. Still working. Sunset is Kerr in March of this year. Name: 20200328_102144.jpg

In Pa we are permitted to fish and our Fish commission opened the regular trout season in the middle of the week. It was announced at 7:30 to open at 8:00am. Any one who has fished our opening day can understand the reason for this decision to keep the circus type atmosphere to a minimum. I have been out a few times and caught some stocked fish as well as a few wild Brown trout. It is good to have quality trout water near my residence and have a nice outlet to home isolation.

Good to hear from everyone. I got out for a shot while Tuesday evening. Caught two fish before a storm scared me off the water.

Biggest dang ring perch I’ve ever caught. That guy hit my 1/16 jig and 2” curly tail. He took off pulling drag. I was scared I’d break him off so I chased him with the trolling motor. That 5 minutes was a blast!!! No net so I had to lip him. Not much too hold on too. Glad that part isn’t on film. Guess he was 15 pounds.

    Stay safe and well friends.

Haven't checked in here for a long while. Work has still been steady for me. I did make it out to NW River last Sunday for the crappie. Tough bite for me, but I did manage enough for a dinner. Nothing big, my keepers were all shallow and ranged from 11 - 12.5", all males wearing their best tuxedos. Fun time for sure. Hope to get back to Suffolk soon and give the shell crackers a run. Stay safe.
