    Found some about 2' deep in 5' of water. In the back of a small cove. Water temp was 58*. That was Friday.

    In my area when they bloom the turkeys start to strut and gobble.Always a nice sight with there white flowers and I believe spring has arrived!

    Yep. The Shad and white perch have arrived in Richmond. Time for things to bust loose. I love April.

    ...but if the wind is from the east when the cows are laying? Is that like a double negative and becomes positive, making the fish hungry and active?

    But on those days the fish are standing up so its a good day to milk the cows.
