Hit the chick today kinda weird out there with the temp so high. Fog rolling off the water. Took the wife with me, managed one 9 incher which was released...misting rain but warm. Wife did not have a great time at all. Oh well maybe next time! Could see them on the fish finder. Couple light bumps. Was using minnows and jigs, different color combos. Most the fish were between 8 to 10 feet chasing bait schools.

Hit the lake this afternoon, water was 39 degrees. There were big chunks of ice up the lake, and the water temp fluctuated accordingly. No crappie bites, there was a big pile of blue cats by the damn. Water was calm, it was very foggy. Nice day but no slabs.....
