The Bash will be Feb 3rd launching at Bob's Fishing Hole on North West River at Battlefield Blvd. Blast off (or shove off) will be at 8AM and weigh in at 3 PM. There will be a big fish pool that is not mandatory and cost $5 to get in. Half of the money collected will go to to the person catching the biggest Crappie and the other half to the person catching the biggest Yellow Perch. Everyone is welcome.

Bypass that ridiculous toll road. If you are coming from the north take the Chesapeake Expressway south. Get off at the second Hillcrest Pkwy exit. Go a little ways till the road ends and turn right on 168 south (S Battlefield Blvd). Go about 6 miles till the road ends and turn right. Immediately get in your left hand lane as Bob's is just a little ways down on your left. Coming from the south you don't have to worry about the toll road.

question... can non crappie.com members attend? my fiance and i will be there! but i have another boat that might want to join as well?
Yes, all are welcome.
I second Bill directions on bypassing the toll. When you exit the parkway, you will pass by the WaWa gas station. I normally get them to make me a sub sandwich for later in the day. You turn beside the WaWa and you are headed south on 168. You will pass a Hardee's. Yes, my morning biscuit will be there for me.
MOST IMPORTANT: He is not kidding. When you turn right to get back onto the parkway, wait until the way is clear, because you need to get all the way across and into the left lane, the little entrance to Bob's right there. If you don't get over right way, you will have to go south and make a U turn.
If it is real cold, I might stay in the hotel pool for a while and just be late to the Bash. I'm good for the $5. I'm in the pool. See you all there.
anybody want to partner up?? I'am not driving that far by myself, I tend to dose off sometimes, and fishing alone is not that much fun in a bash. My boat or your boat don't matter to me....
Free shirt winners - I have your shirts. I can't fish the bash but plan to be there around 1:30 - 2 for the weigh in. The following won the shirts. I also have a lot of extra Crappie.com calendars for others to give away.

Hey guys, would like to fish the bash this year. Any rules against live bait? Also what is the cap on team members per boat? 2 or 3 people?
