    Hint.......This company had a swiss engineer design some fishing reels....he had a USA company make them for him branded with his brand name. They sold these and other fishing tackle erc.
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    Well, a few of you got it figured out right of the bat. It was W.J. Jamison from Chicago, Ill and his famous bait was the Coaxer. He started his company in 1904 making wooden baits. In years that followed he added on to his line with other baits...another famous one was the Wig L Spin. The Wig L Spin was made of a new plastic called Tenite. He also got in the reel business...He had some reels designed by Swiss craftsmen and MYCO Inc. in Detroit , Michigan manufactured the reels for him, they were branded with the Jamison name. One of the rare reels was the Jamison 50 Jubilee. It was made sometime during the 50's.
