    Default Full moon?

I got out of work late this afternoon and decided to head out fishing. The air temp was in the low 50’s, water temp in the low 60’s. I set out my lights in the first spot and waited for dark, generally fish start to arrive about then. Very few fish showed up, I caught one crappie and after an hour or so I headed to another spot and got set up. It took maybe a half hour for some fish to show up, I caught 8 more crappie and a few bluegills, kept 1 big one. Packed it in around 10:30.
I’m thinking that maybe the full moon is a bad time to fish at night with lights?
In any case it was a nice night to be out even if it was a bit chilly.

That full moon flips some people sideways as well. Keeps the police and paramedics busy during the full moon

Yep. My wife is a paramedic. She always dreads working on a full moon. I would think it was all superstition but her stories say different.

They all swear that there is something to it. Moon sure has been bright the last few mornings here. I can see pretty good while walking the dogs
