    Default Tried a new lake

Fished a new place this morning and caught quite a few fish. Only fished for about two and a half hours but the action was pretty steady. Lots of small fish though. Only manged about a dozen in the 10 to11 inch range. I had heard this place had some big slabs but I didn't get on any. Had a lot of fun and brought 6 of the bigger ones home. Water temp was at 60. The fishing is pretty hot right now wherever you go it seems. Name: 20200525_075435.jpg

You did alright for fishing new-to-you water. Those are good eating size.
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.
