    Default Buleson area lakes


    My son just moved to Burleson and was wondering if there are any small lakes we could fish in his 2man boat..headed out that way around the first of the year..Any help would be appreciated...WS

    Pat Cleburne maybe , pretty good along the dam at times over there .
    Benbrook would be my pick for its timber and larger fish .
    luck to him in his travels , come spring the nolan river where it feeds pat cleburne has a pretty good run .
    some are them are tough to fish in the winter , the brook fish go out to open water and go deep .
    about march the mustang creek branch at the brook is a known spring run area though .
    the brazos near rio vista has a really well known winter run up above chisolm trail too ....
