Happy Friday Texas.. i decided to pack a leftover turkey on rye sammich, some coffee and go try out my new ACC rod out at Stillhouse Hollow for a few hours.. ended up with with 5 keeper crappi, 3 jig hungry white bass, and a turtle giving me a high five

Thank you and as for the rod.. I bought the GS10M Super Grip and I love it!! I was able to feel the faintest of taps and was also able to hoist up that turtle (not sure why I do not see but the link on my above post) to the boat that got hooked on his front "hand" to remove the jig.Originally Posted by DockShootinJack

You bet ya.. can't have too many rods period (tho I hide most purchases from household 6)
I am a total novice crappi guy and am learning alot from folks such as yourself via these forums and youtube.. I had no idea what dock shooting was until I seen a sweet vid of a guy sling shotting jigs.. which got me "hooked"
