    Default Texas struggled

at the invitational from what I heard and saw ,wonder what happened ?
were they actually "fishing" in the red river ?
looking forward to hearing the tales of the who ,what and where for sure .....
some of the folks I know from these parts had less than stellar results over there ....

6 teams from CAT finished in top 25.

Not sure what expectations were but I would put that club up against any in the country. Saturday fishing was tough by all accounts but those winners spanked the competition.

Texas has had the most teams in the top 25 every year! Since we struggled come show us how it’s done next year! Qualifiers on Texoma and the Red River! Frank Hadasuk didn’t make it past day one. Eric And TC and Steve and Ronnie didn’t make it to day 3 and I consider all of them some of the best there is no doubt!

I saw a few anglers from Texas in the top 25 , I just thought to myself the Texas boys would hammer the top 5 spots.
Didn't mean to ruffle your feather jig , as far as competitive angling goes though it is me against the crappie and certainly NOT other anglers .

Seen a few names I recognized and know a few anglers pretty well that didn't make the cut . Hit the water before with several of them and There are some really great anglers in the cat circle for sure , it was my expectation that Texas would hammer on the red river though and was hoping to call a few of them and congratulate them on placing really well in that tournament .
Don't know what the conditions were ,other than rain and don't really follow that venue much anyway , it just ain't my thing .
