    Default Just 2 Crappie ?

Yes , that is about all we need for 3 people to eat fried fish and have one lunch left over .
So in an effort to keep the balance of things in order and feed the dang cormorants ....
    I propose a limit of 2 fat ones .....

In Alabama we had a 9 inch minimum lenght on crappie. There is a world of difference in the amount of meat in a 9 inch fish and a 10 inch fish. For every inch longer a crappie gets they also get noticeably thicker and taller.

this is factual , the fish much over 12 are bothersome to me , not my thing to put the knife on the toads much .
some would disagree bigtime , but to be sure I find around 11 inchers to be the best under the knife .

Those dad gum comorants are efficient crappie killing/wounding machines. Soon the masses of them will be back.
