And what awesome fun it is.... Used a couple different techniques and I think I've found a new favorite technique to use..... What's your preferred technique to use to catch gills?

Same for me. But I’ve probably caught more this year with a 1 inch slider on a 1/32 bouncing it off the bottom or just a slow retrieve along the bottom. This is my first year actually targeting them and they sure are fun to get into when I’m not having much luck with the crappie.
