I am definitely not going to tell you that I caught 71 crappie in my slips 1:00-6:30 this afternoon. None reached 11 inches but they were fun to catch.

I will tell you I only caught 2 in the rocks behind my slips between 6:30-9:30 tonight and neither hit the 10-inch mark.

It's slowing down. I only caught 41 yesterday afternoon from 3:00-6:30 and only caught 2 in the rocks from 6:30-8:30. And only one of the 41 was over 11". Fun to catch but doesn't add anything to the skillet.

Today is going to be strong North winds so I am stuck with fishing the slips again. I'm looking forward to fewer windy days or winds from the South so I can fish some of my lake spots that produced so many last year. March has lived up to it's reputation of strong winds this year.
