    Default The state park

Is still tough , water temperature went up a bit from the mid to low 40 range to the upper 40 to low 50 range .
Fish can be easily found but not easily ketched
21 to 22 feet of water SPECIFICALLY were the only fish that would actually bite !
There were herds of crappie out deeper in 25 to 16 foot of water but they absolutely would not bite .
Less than 20 feet of water held basically no fish .
I did best on an chart and orange on a heavy jighead .
Was lots better than last week ,but still not what I have come to expect .
Hopefully in a couple of weeks they will transition a bit shallower and bite better .

KABOOM!!! You can't complain too much though, those are all nice. Better than being skunked.
