    Yes things keep changing for sure. I still can not believe the limit on Red Snapper and happy it was not like that when I was going out after them. Now it's just not worth going out 80 miles over night to fish.

    As stated, it's not terribly expensive to get it registered in Texas. Just bring the titles.
    The boat trailer will be around $70 as stated, the boat probably less.
