At 65 everything started taking longer to complete. At 75 my body said "are you crazy" and would bulk when I tried to do some of the things I enjoy like working on my slip or boat. I now work 10-15 minutes on a project, then take a 50 minute break to allow my body to stop protesting. But eventually things get done.

I figure as long as I'm able to catch fish and reel them in then I am in good health.
