    Default The struggle

The fish locally have been in a strong short water pattern . I have found good fish in numbers on multiple lakes in 8 to 10 foot of water . they have been so predictable that it has almost reached the boredom level .
Well low and behold i didn't read the "small" print right there in black and white .
Just when you think you are the king of the bank , here comes one of those days ....

is why fishing is humbling even to the best of us. just when you get the pattern down conditions change and so does the bite.

That is why it's not called catching, lol! Really the fish just can change on a dime what they are doing and we try to guess what's next and hope ourself or someone we know will crack the code this time and tell us, lol! It just is what it is as most things and they can sure get tuff to catch at times!
