    Default Try shallow water

Been murdering fish the last 2 weeks in water around 10 foot deep give or take a couple of feet . sometimes 8 and sometimes 12 but around 10 is best it seems .
not just on one lake either and no minnows involved . so next trip out dont just pass by the shallow spring locations that "used" to hold fish before it got hot and look them over .
tip of the week ,the summer bite aint always in deep water my friends

Right now even if I had a good place, it's just way too hot here! We have been under an Extreme Heat Warning for several days, that means heat index above 110 to 115. Today there are just 3 counties under this warning and my county just happens to be one of the 3, lol!

We were buzzing around 112-113 heat index yesterday!
