Loved the video and started off so funny! Hey if you ever what the recipe for the blackened seasoning I have it. I bought Chief Paul Prudhomme's book that had the Blackened Redfish in it and he gives the recipe to make his famous Blackened Season!

and he loves boating in it , has a canopy so summer aint terrible in it either .
