It wasn't a herd but you did pull in some nice sized ones. Not sure but I think the large one you caught Monday afternoon ended up as big fish of the day in a local contest that day. Last time I will give large crappie to anybody, no matter how much they cry about not catching anything and having a fish fry planed for that night.

yeah it is getting a bit old seeing all them new faces on your slips , and to be sure you give a few up and they are like stray cats and will keep coming back looking for handouts .
its like everyone out there finds there way right to your area every time I visit lately .
isn't it amazing none of them are around when we work out there ?
I mentioned that A BUNCH to the NEWEST crew out there yesterday btw ….
and told the kid in the kayak up beside your boat he was in fact trespassing as well....
2 rods in his hand and one on each side of the walkway …..

win the big crappie contest two days in a row and the whole world beats a path to your door. The kid in the kayak was probably legal as long as he did not tie up to the walkway. In Texas it is legal to fish the water in a slip from a boat at long as you do not tie up to any part of the decking, boat or lift in the slip.

The ones fishing from the walkways or the decks were trespassing but what can you do about it? They know it is trespassing and against marina rules and just don't care. Make a scene about it and you will find when you return that your boat or equipment is damaged or missing.

The locks on the gates will stop a few but many will just climb over the gates.

I'm making it known that I don't appreciate people fishing my slips while I am there fishing them but that is about all that can be done. I have some more cameras to install but they ignore the one that is already installed so I am not sure more will help any.

You know this is all your fault. Had you not created honey holes in the slips with your brush piles people would not want to fish the slips.
