Default Website for water temps in TX?

Is there a site to see water temps anywhere?
Texas Parks and Wildlife have anything ?
Sure would be nice to know how close the spawn is ...

I don't know of one and there would be a wide range of temps across all of Texas. If these temps keep like this they could start any time. a few years back we found them in on Super Bowl Sunday and it was Feb 3rd. I wouldn't be surprised to find them trying now, but this cold snap may help hold them off a bit?

Still I don't know any place to find water temps, sorry!

I didnít think there was one
Itís become more important to me since I work 2 weeks on and 2 off now.
Last year I missed most of the spawn due to bad timing and weather.
I know other factors need to line up but itís time to be checking shallow when 60 degrees is about there .
Floods followed by cold fronts last year really made it tough.

if you chase black crappie you need to be after them in 2 to 3 weeks in shallow lakes in this part of the world .
if you hit a power plant lake they might already be on beds
3 days of sunshine and water above low 50 range will trigger big ones to go early .
if you can couple 2 days of sunshine and then an overcast morning you need to be on your favorite spawning beds in any lake that holds black crappie and is relatively shallow .
water temps vary greatly this time of year and can go up and down 10 degrees in a day easily .
the full moon next month right after the sunsets will likely be a memorable outing as well Ö.
remember this , crappie don't have a thermometer in their pocket Ö.just saying
I see a lot of folks missing out on the really large crappie by waiting for the water temperature to get to a certain point .
    my 2 cents
