SK. You said that you had about 20 jigs on the bottom of your boat. Do you not reuse those jigs on another fishing trip or do you strip them down and retye?

he to the best of my knowledge uses a jig until is it either taken by something down below or falls flat apart and I aint never seen one of his jigs fall apart .
but then again I never been with him on his boat and he may just sweep them all up and toss them in the they didn't work bucket

I scoop them up at the end of the trip and they go back in my box.....
I can remember the 1st hand tie that I gave Ketchum, he caught a fish on it and thought the hackle tail had came off.....I got a good laugh out of that since I knew that was impossible.....

Well SK. I just started tying my own jigs. It's a lot of fun, But...I have yet to catch my first crappie on one. I am a student of yours and have watched all your videos. Just don't give me a test...LOL..

Post up some jig pics or send them to my email and I'll see if I can't give you a tip or two.....
I'll bet I know what you're doing that will affect the bite...... we'll talk about that one on one.....
