Default Water temp still hanging around 70°

Crappie slowly returning to brush and structure. Days are heating to over 90 but the water still around 70. Love catching hard pulling blacks.

Awesome!!! What lake are you on? I fished Palestine yesterday and the surface temp in the main body of the lake was 79 and 82 in the 10-15 foot area. Our crappie seem to be moving out into the deep water again.

Lake Austin. Our water flows from the bottom of Lake Travis so is always cooler than others around us.
