Sound like it's a great time to head that way.... We'll just need the wind to cooperate.....

The wind has not been bad this past week. The lake was almost as smooth as glass today, with just a small ripple on it.

My 10 year old grandson went with me today. Only caught one at the slips so we went out to the bridge to fish. Fishing was slow but he was able to catch some so he was happy. Then we went back to the slips and he helped me build a fish attractor. He did all the work, I just showed him where to drill the holes for the pvc pipe. I helped him insert the pipe then he used the drill to put screws in each arm to keep them in place. He said it was fun building it but it was a lot of work to build.

When it was finished he wanted to drop it into the water. So we now have four in the water at the one slip, 96 more to go.
We put down 14 PVC trees in several boat docks and it took 9 months to get moss on them , but now LOTS OF CRAPPIES AND PERCH. Top Five foot down and then 10 foot drain pipes with 36 limbs.
    HAVE FUN !!!!!
