Thread: Winter creek bite report

Over cast day ,light misty rain , very very slight current , fish loaded up so heavy on every stick in the creek it wasn't funny . Yesterday and it was a slam fest . 16 inches under a float in around 4 to 5 fow or less .
Laid waste to em in a short time around lunch . So in answer to the question posted about a creek bite I would say this about that .
Pick your day carefully and you will have a spring run outing for sure if not better . All released for the next guy or gal to play with …..
probably over 50 landed easily in a short period of time ...below are some photos of the nicer fish . wanted it jumpy and moving along ….and yes they liked orange and yella ALOT !
