    Default Not summer anymore

Well, we survived 100 degree days, a historic flood, messed up structure and muddy water, and now gale force winds. Sure look forward to Mother Nature settling down so we can go look for our treasured fish. Maybe next week when everyone else is shopping my brother and I can do some waypoint structure marking, searching for baitballs, and even catching a feesh, or two?

I’m with you. I need to get back on LBJ and if my brush piles are still intact/in place.

Buddy of mine said he went out on LBJ and marked 200 brushpiles, some 20 yards long. He suggests the flood brought untold amounts of brush and manmade structure. Says it will be a great fishery as the water settles down.
