Default Lake Houston Nov 24th Single Man Single Pole Tourney Results

    1st--Butz--7 Fish-8.35lbs--Big Fish-1.21lbs

    2nd--SK--6 Fish-6.06lbs--Big Fish-1.54lbs

    3rd--Ken--5 Fish-5.33lbs--Big Fish-1.76lbs (Big Fish Winner)

    4th--Don--5 Fish-4.33lbs--Big Fish-1.18lbs

    5th--Joey--1 Fish-1.25lbs

As you can see another BIG CONGRATS goes to Butz on the W and a BIG congrats to Ken on the BIG fish win..... These guys found the right fish to make bite....
The bite is for sure tough right now with the lake conditions and every fish I've caught the last month has been so full of shad it's unreal how much they dooky....
In most areas of the lake I'm having to adjust my fish finders 2D sensitivity down to clear my screen...
The shad have had some big spawns and this plus the muddy waters is what I feel had so many anglers struggling....
There were times I went an hour without a bite and that's almost unheard of on Lake Houston....
It has to get better soon....
Most used black/chart and depths varied a lot, water temp was 54° at just about all my stops....
Until next time keep those jigs wet....

Do I see a trend here? Is that not your second place for the second time? We need to quit that. No one can catch fish in Texas like you and Ketchn so no reason why you are not first!

Dan I'm not sure what the pressure was but the bite had been off for a month already....

Dhaire those fellars that live on that lake are some tough guys to beat..... Think I got my bearings back for the next tourney....

You named several of the areas I fish so one day will get to meet....
It's good to see someone that fish Lake Houston here, all these northern fellers just don't know what we work with....
    Thanks thanks for the compliment.....
