    Default Brownwood help please!

I am going to Brownwood tomorrow and have never fished it before. Can anybody give me any tips, what the fish are doing, where to find the good water, etc.?

    Thanks in advance!

i would stop by the crappie barge there and ask a million questions .....
beyond that I would say under deeper docks in the daylight and or brush piles if you can find them

you have to have a membership to fish the wild duck marina crappie house. I haven't renewed in a couple of years. Most of the guys were good guys and pretty friendly. Heard some stories from a couple of members that made me not want to renew. There is a dock across the lake at the state park that is lighted, but it can get pretty crowded
