Well DSJ looks like March 25,26 are the popular dates so far. Just putting it out there. The date seems easier to pick than place and other aspects of such an undertaking.

In an effort to assist DSJ in the daunting task, I have been doing a little research on facilities in the Chattanooga are. While Chester Frost is a great place it has almost constant tournaments. My most used boat launch is Holly Park in Soddy Daisy. The area has a bathroom and a good boat ramp. Some tables but not covered and no electricity. No charge to use it. Plenty of space. Free to use

For a more upscale place I personally like Booker T Washington Park. Not sure what it cost there.

Any and all suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated
I am sure there are other great places to consider.
Myself and my Daughter are hoping/ planning on being there.

I have never put in at holly park but looks good to me. Soddy creek looks promising. Another thought would be Harrison Bay State Park. I’m always game for trying something new.

I am wondering how crowded Harrison will be. Anyone I know of that fishes that area does so during the week to avoid crowds on the weekends.

I would love to meet and fish with other Cdc fishermen. I learned to fish on Watts Bar lake in the early 70’s, but I fish Chickamauga mostly since I live 5 minutes from a couple of ramps. Grin. Late March or early Apryl should be good for either lake.
