Very nice guys! Thanks for taking us along
Dr Phillip G and I had a good very morning bite with quality keepers and the bite shut off for us when it got daylight except for a couple of bass. One was a keeper largemouth and the other was a 9.75” Yellow bass.
I caught my crappie on a Mo Glo Green Lantern 3” Slab Slayer and a 2” Live Minnow Slab Slayer. Phil caught his crappie on Lights Out Slab Slayer and a Mo Glo Blue Ghost Baby Shad. The fish were about 15 feet deep over deep water.
When the fish quit biting, we did a little scouting new places and marking stuff. I located one place that a crappie hotel is going soon. I may make it today and drop it Sunday morning. Then again, I may wait until next week. My wife and I are going to take a little vacation with our daughter and son in law for 3 days and play cards. 5 Crowns is the name of the game and is very much fun to play with a group.
I took a pic of the nice yellow bass for dockshooting or someone who asked about them. Grin. Sometimes my rememberer doesn’t function properly. Lolol.

I do like sitting on the lake as the sun comes up over the mountains. Looks like it was a beautiful sunrise
