    Put the yellow bass on ice and firm them up before cleaning them. I usually coat them with a cornmeal batter that I have added salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Sometimes I egg wash them and sometimes I don’t. Grin. Either deep fry or pan fry about two minutes on each side or to the brown and crispness that you favor.

    I didn't know weather you cut out any red meat like ya do on catfish

    No, you do not need to cut the red meat off these yellow bass. They are perfectly sweet just fillet them.
