I will throw a couple of bags play sand just for a little peace of mind on those super cold ramps
Braver man than I is all I can say.. or maybe just more dedicated. I waited until today to go myself. Was nice having the ramp all to myself lol. Checked out Possum Creek Looks like a nice area to hit especially when the water
goes back up. Only caught one skipjack, but wasn't out to do a lot of fishing, mostly a scooting trip and to further check out the new trailer and make sure outboard works correctly. All in all a nice Christmas eve day.
Catch all you can when you can!
An old man in his old boat having fun!

I did not think it had gotten cold enough to ice the ramp. About a 6 foot patch of ice . The water was keeping the concrete warm enough that the ice stopped 2 foot from the waters edge. Otherwise I may have launched the truck and the boat at the same time. I will check the ramp from now on when it is that cold
The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
