I don't have any information on the fishing in Reelfoot, but I would like to say welcome aboard.
Was heading up this weekend and I have seen quite a few pictures from Facebook of bream and crappie. Was curious are the crappie still out or have they been catching them up in the trees. Thanks in advance for any information

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
I have some friends that have been doing well at Reel Foot, Go and you will do fine. They are still catching crappie in 2-6' of water. Blue Gills are starting to bed.
Well weather was not pleasant at all but fishing was really good. We fished the grassy areas just west of the new spillway and wore bream out. Water temps were like 67. We ended up catching about 70 bream plus 8 catfish. I wish I had pictures but we only ended up keeping the catfish. We wanted to fish sunday but decided to get out of the campground before the rain came back in yesterday morning.
If anyone is interested we fished crickets in 3 to 4 feet of water about 18 inches deep near the grass and also where the cypress knees were close to grass.
