Default Friday the 26th Cold Front - Barometric Pressure change

Thursday night 03/25/21 a "cold front" is forecast to come thru East Tennessee. Does not look like much of a temperature change, but it does sound like a pressure change. Bad timing for me since I have not been able to fish (serious fish if you know what I mean without the kids) in a long time. Will be fishing a small lake ~ 100 acres and was hoping for some tips to help in a pressure change condition. Normally this time of year I would be pitching jigs close to the bank in 1 to 3 ft of water. With the pressure change do you think I should move off to deeper areas? Should I change to a slower presentation? How long will it take them to adjust and start eating again? Does anyone have a tip for post cold front? The temperature is predicted to be 73 on Friday with some sunshine and clouds mixed. Appreciate your comments!!!

Im in the same boat. we are camping thurs thru sunday and we are to get strong storms tomorrow. Im thinking smaller baits and slower presentation tight to brush to start with and then see what they want.
If your fish are bedding I dont think they will move far if any.

With the amount of rain that is coming through I'm not concerned now with the pressure change as I am the chocolate milk shake water tomorrow. I plan on fishing black colors. Any suggestions on fishy muddy water? I have never been very successful after heavy rains and brown water.

The water was remarkably clear considering the heavy rain yesterday. Usually when there is a river coming down the hill in the neighborhood the lake is muddy. I downloaded a few barometric pressure apps and it did bounce around quite a bit. Funny though one of the apps, Bass forecast changed from fair to tough overnight. I caught 5 bass, 3 of them 2+ lbers on my bass pro micro light, 6 lb crappie yellow with some various form of white jig. Landed 3 keeper whites and 20+ shorts. Caught the keepers on a 4" Keitech easy shiner rainbow shad that was more intended for bass, but I expected the crappie would be interested and they were. It was funny watching a 7 incher try to eat a 4 inch bait. Saw a beaver on this small lake for the first time in 40+ years. We briefly chatted and then I motored on in my 1997 floatcat armed with a new transom mount variable speed minn Kota. Replaced the old prowler with a Endurance max 40, the variable control is the ticket. Winds were 8 to 10 and the sun burned my neck but another beautiful day in Tennessee. No fish pics, my phone likes to go swimming especially when my legs dangling are in the water.
