I do not fish Watts Bar, but I do fish the next lake downstream Lake Chickamauga so take my answer for what it's worth - just another opinion. I would say yes, either week would be good depending on the weather. I believe at that time of year you could catch them deep or shallow -on brush -on spawning banks and suspended. I believe you could catch them trolling, spider rigging, or single pole jigging. Those are the techniques I see being deployed around my area at that time of year. Maybe someone else with local knowledge will chime in soon.
