Short trip. Lake like glass but prehistoric visitor showed up but finally fell to our offerings. He came home but the 1.89lb released to do her thing. Good day in the bay.
Awesome,
NICE FISH!
Good Job, TC. Hope they're not shutting down ramp access like they are on some of our lakes. But, with restaurants & bars & other businesses shutting down, who knows whether Marinas & Bait Shops are far behind. Hopefully this will all pass in a short period of time and we can all get back to "normal" lives & rippin lips !!

They are shutting down your ramps???? For the virus thing? Thanks
Not yet. Some are off limits account of low water.Sent from my E6782 using Crappie.com Fishing mobile app
Yeah, they are shutting down some public access areas like campgrounds, shelters, playgrounds & such ... some of which have ramps associated with them or in close vicinity ... and if the road in can be gated off, some are. Now, that's what I've "heard" & not what I've seen, as I haven't been anywhere near a lake since back before Thanksgiving.
Our COE did put out an addendum to their original notice, saying that ramps were NOT being closed, but are open for use on a "at your own risk" level. But, yeah there does seem to be some confusion & misinformation going on in some cases. And yes, this is being done on account of the COVID-19 virus & also on account of the CDC's recommendation of "social distancing" and not being in crowds of 10 or more people. That (plus a flooded lake & heavy rains in the forecast) was the major reason why I had to cancel our upcoming Spring Fling on April 11th ... they shut down the picnic shelter/bathrooms area where we hold our event.
I saw, also, where the SC Crappie.com event was also cancelled due to the virus.
